The Park includes 12 hectares of land prepared for development, on which a 21 000 m² industrial-logistics hall has been built and the development of another industrial hall has been commenced.

The Park has about 33 hectares of industrial land, of which 6 warehouses covering 40 000 m² are 100% leased to well-known international tenants – such as ABB, Steelflex, Lechler and Freudenberg. The area also has further development opportunities: approximately 11 hectares development area is available in the park, with a development potential of around 50 000 m².
